Refund policy
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition with a required proof of purchase, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have within 14 days of delivery of your non-custom item to be eligible for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your non-custom item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase. Please be sure to include your first and last name, order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the non-custom item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for either replacement or refund if applicable. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like final sale/discounted items, custom products (such as special orders, custom or personalized items), Gift Cards, and any other one off or made-to-order items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Any of our Spellbound Rose Creations non-custom Badge Reel items purchased may be replaced if broken within 30 days of purchase if approved by the seller following the required purchaser contact via the return process policy listed above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us at spellboundrosellc@gmail.com within 14 days of reception to arrange the return of the defective non-custom item, and once the return is accepted, we will exchange the item as quickly as possible. Any restocking fees may be assessed on a case by case basis.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
