Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time for creation based on design complexity and materials required.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 6–10 business days (International delivery times vary. Duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holiday and high-volume delays, made-to-order delays, sales events, or other external factors. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States via USPS Ground Advantage.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your order has shipped.
Custom & Handmade Items
As many of our products are handmade or customized:
- Production times may vary depending on design complexity.
- We will communicate any delays or special requirements.
- After 24 hours, materials and production may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Spellbound Rose Creations is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
